Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Les Charmes, Domaine Cluny, 2019

from €90.00

It is in Brochon in the heart of the Côte de Nuits that the Cluny family has been cultivating vines since the beginning of the 20th century. The Domaine has grown over successive generations of winegrowers. This passion for working the vines has been passed down for 6 generations from father to son. Today, two sisters, Léa and Camille Cluny, attached to their family history and their terroir, continue to write the history of the Domaine.

At the start of the 20th century , Charles Cluny, who had initially come to work at Château de Brochon, acquired a few plots of vines. His son, Paul Cluny worked the estate and enlarged it before passing it on to his son Charles. Michel took over from his father and expanded the estate before passing it on in 1990 to Hervé Cluny, 5th generation and father of Léa and Camille, who now farm 7 hectares of the most beautiful plots of the Côte de Nuits.
