This eccentric winemaker, like no other in the Loire, knew how to translate the specific characteristics of the Sauvignon grape into a wine in which, in addition to the purity and concentrate of the Sauvignon, the 'terroir' was reflected. After his sudden death, a plane crash in the fall of 2008, his children, Louis-Benjamin and Charlotte, decided to carry on their father's tradition. Charlotte does the sales, Louis Benjamin has years of experience in winemaking, as his father's right-hand man. He knows the possibilities of the Sauvignon grape and the vineyard, in which a relatively large number of vines are planted per hectare.
